Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. About Center Launch LLC

Center Launch LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Delaware-registered marketing agency that provides advertising, lead-generation, and consulting services for real-estate, timeshare, and business-to-business clients across the United States.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Digital advertising strategy, campaign setup, and management

• Timeshare resale marketing & buyer-lead screening

• Real-estate listing optimization (MLS, photos, copywriting)

• Business brand audits, market research, and consulting

• Print or newspaper ad placement and creative design

Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each written proposal or invoice.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

1. Provide accurate information and approvals in a timely manner.

2. Pay invoices on or before the due date stated.

3. Comply with all applicable laws regarding advertising content and data privacy.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• We accept ACH/wire, Wise-to-Wise transfers, and major credit cards.

• Work begins once (a) the signed proposal is returned and (b) the initial payment is received.

• Late payments may incur a 1.5 % monthly finance charge (or the maximum allowed by law).

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Before Work Begins
If a client cancels in writing before any work has started, we refund 100 % of the amount paid—less any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., prepaid ad space).

5.2 After Work Begins
If a project is canceled after services have commenced, we will:

• Deliver all completed work to date, and

• Provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of fees, minus expenses already incurred on the client’s behalf.

5.3 Completed Services
Payments for services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.

5.4 How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@centerlaunch.net within 15 days of the invoice date so we can review and resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Center Launch LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
